Skilling & Jobs
In addition to creating training frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and action plans for their respective domains, Skilling & Jobs is in charge of overseeing the coordination of program planning and implementation. In addition to being tasked with overseeing and managing the DSP training centers, the program managers have been given specific program domains.
Shared Services under the De-suung Skilling Programme (DSP), guided by the Steering Committee and supervised by the Chairperson, plays a critical role in enabling His Majesty’s vision of skilling De-suups. It provides end-to-end administrative and logistical support, covering finance, procurement, ICT, HR, transport, and training centre management. The office ensures seamless operations by delivering services that are economical, efficient, and effective. This allows leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining high standards of equity, sustainability, transparency, and accountability. Shared Services continues to be the backbone of DSP’s smooth functioning and quality delivery.

Planning,Research and Media
The Planning, Research, and Media Division (PRMD) guides DSP’s direction through three core functions: Planning, by developing strategic roadmaps and the DSP Strategic Plan to align programmes with national priorities and future opportunities; Research, by assessing needs, monitoring progress, and ensuring global relevance with evidence-based insights; and Media, by managing communications, public relations, and creative content to highlight DSP’s achievements. Together, PRMD ensures DSP remains strategic, data-driven, and well-connected with the stakeholders.
Trainees who successfully complete the skilling program have the technical and soft skills needed to function well in their chosen industries. Monitoring employment outcomes, offering career coaching, and making sure trainees use the learned material in practical situations are the main objectives of the post-skilling phase. To improve employability and productivity, follow-up evaluations, mentorship assistance, and placement facilitation are carried out. Future skilling initiatives benefit from ongoing feedback from trainees and businesses.
