Office Order
With the reference to the approved Note Vide HMS/DSP/Skilling Program/2025/0354 dated 19th May 2025 for recruitment of Course Coordinator. The vacancy is hereby announced as below:
The recruitment announcement for Phase III will be published on 2nd June 2025, with the application deadline set for the 10th of June 2025. This schedule ensures sufficient time for outreach to potential candidates while allowing a through selection process.
Following the application period, the recruitment process will proceed as follows:
1.11th June 2025: Screening of applications
2.12th June 2025: Interviews and final selection
3.13th June 2025: Issuance of office order and onboarding preparation
Shortlisting Criteria:
1.Minimum Academic Requirement:
รผ Class X-Minimum 55% aggregate (English+ best 4 Subject)
รผ Class XII-Minimum 55% aggregate (English + best 3 subject)
รผ Bachelorโs Degree-Minimum 60%
2.Merit-Bases Shortlisting:
รผ If there are more than 20 eligible applicants, a merit rank will be created based on the following weighted aggregate:
a.15 % of class X aggregate
b.25 % of class XII aggregate
c.60 % of bachelorโs degree aggregate
3.Bonus Points for experience:
a.2 years of relevant professional experience: +5 bonus points
b.More than 3 years of relevant professional experience: + 10 bonus points
