The De-suung Skilling Programme (DSP) was initiated upon the Royal Command of His Majesty the King in April 2021. The main objective of the DSP is to empower our youth by enhancing their capabilities and skills to enable them to lead meaningful, productive and prosperous lives.

The first group of training courses were launched on 15th April 2021. They were Networking, Web Development and E-Commerce in Thimphu, Carpentry and Woodworks in Bumthang and Aesthetic Lighting & Electrical Works in Punakha.
