The curriculum includes the preparation of signature dishes representative of various global culinary traditions, with a focus on authentic ingredient selection, region-specific cooking techniques, and cultural food customs. The programme is designed to enhance participantsโ culinary competencies and broaden their appreciation and understanding of international gastronomy.

Eligibility: Desuups who are interested in learning different types of cuisine, and it will be best for Desuups who completed multicuisine or intermediate culinary arts.
