Office Order

With the reference to the approved Note Vide HMS/DSP/Skilling Program/2025/0354 dated 19th May 2025 for recruitment of Course Coordinator. The vacancy is hereby announced as below:

The recruitment announcement for Phase III will be published on 2nd June 2025, with the application deadline set for the 10th of June 2025. This schedule ensures sufficient time for outreach to potential candidates while allowing a through selection process.

Following the application period, the recruitment process will proceed as follows:

1.11th June 2025: Screening of applications

2.12th June 2025: Interviews and final selection

3.13th June 2025: Issuance of office order and onboarding preparation


Shortlisting Criteria:

1.Minimum Academic Requirement:


ü Class X-Minimum 55% aggregate (English+ best 4 Subject)

ü Class XII-Minimum 55% aggregate (English + best 3 subject)

ü Bachelor’s Degree-Minimum 60%


2.Merit-Bases Shortlisting:

ü If there are more than 20 eligible applicants, a merit rank will be created based on the following weighted aggregate:

a.15 % of class X aggregate

b.25 % of class XII aggregate

c.60 % of bachelor’s degree aggregate


3.Bonus Points for experience:

a.2 years of relevant professional experience: +5 bonus points

b.More than 3 years of relevant professional experience: + 10 bonus points

12General Responsibilities1 Coordinate and oversee daily activities and tasks within specific program areas or teams.
  2Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
  3 Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  4 Identify training needs and opportunities for team members, facilitating professional development.
  5 Ensure that all activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  6Address and resolve operational issues, escalating to managerial level when necessary.
  7 Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
13Specific Responsibilities 1Perform trainee selection based on criteria stated in curriculum / Structured Training Programme Plan
  2Handle issues reported by trainers during the training period (e.g. equipment, materials, trainees, etc.)
  3Handle issue reported by trainees during the training period
  4Report to Programme Manager on cases arise during training (e.g. failure case, disciplinary issues, withdrawal cases, etc.)
  5Conduct Course Feedback
  6Arrange assessment meeting between Programme Manager & Trainers
  7Arrange graduation ceremony
  8Follow-up with graduate of Structure Training Programme on employment status up to 2 years after graduation.
